Private Cabins in Orleans, California

All our Klamath River vacation cabins are pet-friendly and have the clean, aesthetically pleasing, rustic appeal of solid redwood interiors with hardwood floors. Each cabin comes equipped with a full kitchen and linens, along with beautiful views of the Klamath River. Note that WiFi access is not available in our cabins. If you need WiFi, you'll find access in our cabana or the property's shady lawn. 

Standard Cabins

Each standard cabin comes with a full kitchen and linens, private bedroom, bathroom and a deck overlooking the Klamath River. The bedroom has a queen bed, and two more twin beds can be made in the common kitchen and living room area. 

Cabin 6

Our premier cabin, like our standard cabins, comes with a full kitchen and linens, private bedroom, bathroom and a deck that looks over the Klamath River. The premier cabin has more floor space, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and more windows facing Klamath River.

Rates and Fees (Subject to Change)

• Cabins 1-5 are $125/ night for up to two people, Cabin 6 is $150/ night for up to two people.
• For each additional adult add $15/ night 
• Kids 5-12 are $10 each, kids under 5 are free if you bring your own bedding.
• Pets are $25 flat fee per visit.
• Cleaning fee $50/ visit.
• Please add 14% hotel tax. 

Check-In, Check-Out

• Check in time is 4 PM.
• Check out is 10 AM.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• Due to our limited season and cabin availability a deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. We accept checks, VISA & Mastercard. Deposits are refundable (less a $40 cancellation fee), or may be applied in full to your next reservation provided cancellation is made no less than 30 days prior to your reservation date. 
• Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will be refunded or applied to your next reservation (less cancellation fee) only if we are able to book the vacancy. 
• For multi-cabin bookings - Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice will be refunded or applied to your next reservation (less cancellation fee) only if we are able to book the vacancy.

COVID Guidelines

We take Covid-19 very seriously and are committed to the health and safety of our customers, our residents and workers, and our local community. Our small, rural community is far from any hospital and includes Tribal elders and members vulnerable to Covid due to pre-existing conditions, so we ask for your cooperation in observing these guidelines.

• Please DO NOT travel, here or anywhere, if you are sick, and/ or have Covid symptoms.
• If anyone from your party experiences any Covid symptoms during your stay including fever, cough, shortness of breath, please self-isolate and notify us immediately.
• Please wash your hands frequently.
• Please make sure that kids in your party follow all guidelines.
